What's the evil place in LoL?

Originally I was thinking Noxus was the most evil place in LoL, since they want to conquer land. But's only half true, they don't wanna conquer land cause they are bloodthirsty murderous, they do it cause their land is made of rock and iron, no farm land and barely any trading materials. And when I saw that comic made about Darius, I was instantly thinking "they are way to nice to thief children and way to friendly to other villages". All they do is asking for help by other countries to help them achieve their goals, if they threaten Noxus, they bring arms and makes examples of those who deny them, doe they doesn't really make war with anyone except those who want war (Demacia and Inoia). Piltover and Zaun is left untouched on the radar cause they are the only trading centers. Noxus don't care about cities, since they only want farm land.

Demacia on the other hand has a whole lot of stupid rules, strict punishments to those who break them, and their reason to fight Noxus is just plain revenge for their king (who was killed by Sion).

We can count Shadowisles as the most evil country, but honestly. It's only the outsiders like Mordekazer, Hecarim and Elise that makes Shadow isles, evil. There's thresh too which I totally count as the Most evil guy in all of LoL. But one guy doesn't really count. It's almost just as J4's father and Cassopiea.
If we count all the good guys in Shadowisles, who try to keep the humans and nature safe. Moakai, Kalista and Yorick. I don't see the isles as any bad at all.

I probobly need more theories to back this up. But Honestly just like Solaris and Lunaris, it's the once who act like "good guys" who are the "bad guys".

Edit: Wooo Thx for all the responses, makes me understand this world much more. I kinda love Swain's concept and how similar he sounds like my life :D I wanna be a politic leader too someday.. Maybe even shave my forehead and grow a backhair :3

What's "the evil place" in the real world?

No one wakes up in the morning, tweaks their mustache, and says "Heh heh heh, how can I be the most evil today?!" :-P Everyone is the hero of their own story.

Good and evil is a matter of perspective. However, when dealing with the force that is most destructive to human values, I'd probably say the Void.

The Void, at least looking from the perspective of all the other factions in the lore

There’s lots of evil in Runeterra.

Noxus is a brutal, conquering empire that has committed war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Demacia is trying to stop Noxus, but it oppresses mages by making them live in ghettos and even eat Petricite.

The Void is just plain evil.

Piltover is a nightmarish caricature of the industrial revolution. The only hero there is Jayce; Caitlyn is just doing her job.

The Shadow Isles are also just plain evil, with the exception of Yorick, who’s an anti-hero.

Shurima is in the middle of a civil war and the beginnings a revolution. Taliyah is a hero, but everyone else is grey or inscrutable at best.

The Freljord has the brutal and murderous Winter’s Claw and the apocalypse-hurrying Frostguard.

Teemo's home, of course.

Shadow Isles is evil. I mean, look at these guys: Elise Hecarim Karthus Thresh Super bad. Even Kalista is moderately evil now, being a spirit of wrath and vengeance.

The Void is too: Chogath Khazix KogMaw RekSai Velkoz Malzahar Extremely evil.

Good vs. Evil is way too binary. Riot has done a good job over the past 4 or so years painting Runeterra in all different shades of grey.

The only inherently evil characters are the various Wraiths in the Shadow Isles. Everything and everyone else in Runeterra merely has agendas.

As for Noxus vs. Demacia specifically, they're honestly no more or less evil than each other. Ruling through fear and chaos is just as morally reprehensible as ruling through brutal order.

The Shadow Isles and the Void both fit your definition of evil. The goal of the shadow isles is to cover the world in darkness and make everyone a zombie or whatever.

Yorick and Mao are dedicated to purging the Isles, they are not an argument for the Isles being “good”.

You can’t call the human societies evil because to do so would be disingenuous. That was one of the problems with the old lore, Noxus was just painted as evil cuz lolz.

For true evil places, look at the void. Kai'Sa is a symbiote to the void, not what it stands for. Its a place of death and destruction that has existed that way since its creation, if it had one. The void is just a dark precipice that wishes to end existence, something that threatens not only Runeterra but likely shattered the Targonians across the universe once they had their civil war. Even Aurelion Sol with all his pride is disgusted by its existence, even knowing there is a sentience on the other end of it somewhere.

I think you see Noxus a bit too positive here, but overall the place is morally rather grey.(also they actually started already infiltrating Piltover, because they want their technology).

Anyway the shadow isles are full of evil undead. Sure the curse was brought by outsiders, but that doesn't mean that the place is any better,as any undead seems to have a distaste for the living and the "good guys" of the isles are the minority of the isles.

There is also the void that just wants to consume all living things, though one could argue that most void creatures lack any kind of concept for good&evil to be classified as such.

In general I don't think you'll find any faction that is purely bad or purely good. The solari that you mentioned are surpressing the lunari and the aspects who are the foundation of these religions seem rather shady as well.
