Mastery level-up should be in game
It would just be so much cooler to get a triple and suddenly you level up.

might not be possible. your grade and mastery points are calculated at the end of the game from your k/d/a, i guess your cs, the amount of objectives taken etc. and i guess, then compared to the rest of your team.
if it was possible, it would be kindof nice though. at least if upon reaching rank 4 and rank 5, if the emote was played.
