Soraka + new refillable pot = gg

Soraka is all ready one of the strongest supports along with Tahm Kench. It is impossible to all in her when the entire enemy team has teleport. If you can't all in her, you lose lane. The new refillable pot is going to make her insufferable to play against. I'm also guess she will receive meta buffs in season 6 since adcs got stronger and she is a heal bot.

On the other hand the new executioner's calling might hurt her a bit. I just think she is going to be a really toxic champion to play against if everyone starts picking her in season 6. The only reason people don't pick her now is because it is annoying to buy 5 pots all game.

Solution: Make it so soraka can't benefit from health regen of any kind (can't use pots and has 0 hp/5). Make it possible for her to actually land her q to heal herself.
