I'm not new at the game, but this is one of the things I'd like to make sure I am doing right in as many situations as possible.
When are the ideal times to recall to buy items/ and or to heal, for all lanes including Junglers.

after taking the turret (but if its later you may wish to continue to push)
you're under half health (number really depends on laner, if its an enemy veigar pre 6 you can stay at like 10%)
basically the best times to recall are just after pushing, and when you have enough time to get back and not miss any CS.
the worst time to back is when the enemy is pushing to your turret and as a result you're missing a ton of cs/exp
ideally you dont want to carry around more than 1300 gold
typically after 32+ cs (or 1100 gold) on a mid laner ((after 6 waves / 2 cannon spawns))
