I'm a plat/diamond ADC player but I CS like a silver player. I really suck at last hitting and get outfarmed by most adcs in my elo. I can outsmart my opponent and have good kiting mechanics but whenever I have to play a farm lane I miss 1 minion per wave
I average 5-7 CS per minute in most games but I usually have most damage and most kills. How do I improve CS and how can I contest CS when my team mates all come to my lane and try to take all farm

it depends on what champions you play, but umm... just remember the basics. it all boils down to math and awareness.
hp of minion distance to minion attack speed damage you'll deal are other minions attacking that minion do you have frame drops/ping lag?
these are typically the things you need to remember. The waves themselves are semi-random in how they interact because of how the opponent interacts with your wave can influence the next wave and so on. So there's always a standard amount of flexibility needed. forcing your opponent to push the wave by standing inside of the wave is a tactic i've seen used, but often it leads to an early flash due to creep block.
Go into a practice game a couple times a day with and without a bot opponent and just practice csing. Keep track of your record after 3 minutes and 5 minutes - and watch for progress.
