Can we remove /Remake?

I think remake should be removed or changed so it is fair to the "winning" team. Now before you downvote me to death read what I have to say

I really like the idea of not having to lose LP because of an AFK but the way it is implemented into the game sucks. Sometimes you can't remake even when 2 members of your team are AFK. It doesn't stop people from intentionally trolling games or going afk after 3.
I just had 3 remakes in a row wasting over an hour not doing anything. The worst thing is when you just got first blood and then a /remake vote comes out of nowhere and you get nothing in return

Remake does also not affect your hidden MMR of the player who went afk so high Elo players just afk if they feel like a game is not winnable

the winning team should get 10 LP or a win in promos for wasting their time
