Will I have enough time to get Prestige Kai'Sa?
I have 1.1k tokens, will I be able to get her in time or should I just craft a shit ton of keys?

No, you have about 5 days to finish collecting tokens. Unless you intend on buying tokens, you probably won't make it.
10 days if you play around 10 matches and win most of them and get S , you can make it personally I got 500 tokens in 3 days by playing around 12 matches a day and winning and getting S on most of them
If you play a lot and got nothing to do but to play , go for it , you can do it
but mostly spam blind pick since a lot of people there trying new champions and lower ranks which makes it easier for you
also spam 
she is the perfect champion there
