Ping/MSI monitoring app or program

I am so tired of going into game only to find out that my connection which is normaly like 25-37 msi turns to 600+ making the game unplayable for my and not fun for my team, i know there are methods of checking my ping but those methods are such an hassle, is there any apps or programs that i can run in the background that gives me a constant ping update so if my ping is shit i will just avoid playing LOL and other MMORPG
