Cant sign into support

I would love to submit a ticket or talk to anyone at riot but for some reason i can't even log into the support page. Doesn't surprise me honestly. My question is, what the fuck did you do to matchmaking. I am sick to death of being matched vs diamonds/high plats..i am gold V and haven't played ranked in about 2 years, so i'm waaaay below gold V in actuality. My hidden elo is utterly frigging TRASH cos i get dumpstered every single game by players WAY above my skill level. This never use to happen, so yeah...what gives riot? Again. I post this here because your support page is broken. What an exercise in frustration, have a problem? here's a support page that isn't going to let you log on. Good. Job. Riot.
