PBE account is so underrated, why cant the public have this?

in PBE you have ALL champions, ALL skins, and everything new that is going to come out, this is the perfect account for you to do a LOT of things with:

  1. test champions before you buy them
  2. test skins before you buy them
  3. test and share your opinion on the boards about the changes before making undeducated critique's of balance changes *this reduces a lot of frustration and whining in the forums

so Riot, why not allow the public to have their very own smurf PBE account? there are so many good things about having this

why would PBE allow people to play ranked? most of what LOL is about is ranked ladder, i would restrict ranked only and leave normals/draft, but then again you are right, they would lose money allowing everyone to try every single content

Ranked only matters at end of season. Otherwise it's more like a sticker that says "Congrats, you're ___ rank".

If everyone had a PBE no one would be able to log in since those servers can't handle as many people.

The ping is all over the place since the servers are in the US, at least for me.
