Fizz does tons of damage but trinity force isn't his core item anymore... You are right man , this makes no PHREAKing sense !
He is squishy as all hell and has a high skill-requirement. Its a good trade off.

If Fizz were as OP as you claim, then you could get to at least Plat by abusing it.
