Why is league unplayable now!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bean playing this new update for the assassin rework and I have to say that this ruined the game and made it no longer playable. because of the update on armor pen tanks are thriving more than any thing in the game adc and other high damage dealers cant break through the new tank meta the brought apron league. By changing the armor pen to something that scales with level means that tanks mid to early game thrive to becoming unstoppable during the late game when my team cant kill a level 12 poppy there is a problem when it is 5 v 1 and she can still get away with HP bar intact. so plz I beg bring back what we loved was armor pen not this stupid lethality bullshit.
