Every profile I look at other than my own looks like honor level 0. Mine is 2. A friend said his is lv 2. Looking at his profile it looks like level 0. Bug??

What does it look like to you guys? Your own is lv 2 and any other friend you view his profile and it looks like honor level 0?

It's intentional. They said that information is only for you only. Which is weird that you just have to see an outline on everyone else.

Kinda takes the wind out of wanting to raise it a little bit.

It is unusual. It's like the reverse of the old honour system (where other players could see yours, but you couldn't). From a cognitive psychologist's perspective, it seems to undermine the social reinforcement side of the system.
