I came here to bitch about the people in ranked, and then i realized it's made worse by the fact that Riot doesn't care. I know you all feel that "if you're silver you belong in silver", but that's bullshit because there's a bunch of really good players in the lower elos that just don't feel like putting up with this trash community and the neglect Riot has towards them. You say you're working on it with chat restriction, banning, etc. , but the people who talk smack aren't the problem. It's getting stuck as a ADC with a support that keeps d/cing. It's the J4 locking in with CV an Clarity feeding 9 kills to Rengar. It's the Revive/TP Xin Zhao mad that he didn't get mid so he feeds 67 kills away. You say that you are working on it, but I see no difference.

Silver and lower is where 70% of the population belongs.
Nobody gets stuck in a lower league for extended periods of time.
There's always a surge of trolls at the beginning (and end) of every season. And it affects everyone.

You can't win every game, but you also shouldn't dwell over things you don't have any control over.

I made it to Gold III last year, and after placements I got placed in Bronze V. Trust me, I KNOW your pain. It's times like this that you abuse champions that wouldn't work in higher ELOs. I did placements using my personal bests, and my teams failed me most of the time. Now I spam Aatrox Jungle and Cho'Gath mid. They all dominate their positions, unless someone is coordinated enough to not let them. You need to find unpopular champions that are strong and abuse it. I've been to gold 3 times, and I get placed lower every year, it's a pain, but eh...not like you're aiming for plat.
