Riot fix your client

I had this bug where in 1 out of 7 games after champ select the client would crash and wouldnt let me recconect unless i restarted my pc.One time it happened 2 times in a row thus i got a 20 min ban for 5 matches. I wrote a ticket about it and got some help.i followed the instructions and did what they told me to do,but not only did it not help it made matters worst by not allowing me to ever enter a game i am actually unable to go from champion select to loading screen because either the same bug will happen but this time not repearable with just a pc restart or it will just be stuck there with the recconect button on my face that does nothing when i press it. Wrote a ticket about that one too but havent gotten a responce yet P.S: I aksed them if the could remove my 20 min ban but they said no because the probem came from my system and i went on with it but this time they have no excuse not to remove the one i got at my last match. (after the mess of a help they gave me)
