Save us a ban and remove Yasuo? He's only in 5% of games anyways.

Given that Yasuo is banned in about 95% of games.... why not just remove him and have an actual 10 ban system? Right now the only way he gets through is if the enemy team thinks you are going to ban him and your team thinks the same. No one ever actually wants him to get through.
