Revamp that Champ (Nocturne)

Nocturne is one of those champions who has a great concept but needs to be updated so that he can see more play in the years to come. I feel like his main kit is great but just needs some tweaking. Like since his ult is called paranoia it would be pretty cool if it not only gave you near-sighted but also changed all nearby champions (enemy or ally) into Nocturne copies while also disabling the mini map during the duration. This idea came to me when the new urgot came out. I thought it was cool how when his ult would wrap chains around your screen during the execution. Small things like this make league amazing and I hope they add more detail like they do now. Riot's come a long way and doesn't seem like they're going to stop anytime soon. Anyway I am going to make more threads like this to just throw ideas out there to make old champions more unique and whether they actually happen doesn't matter as long as I got my idea out there.
