One thing that I have loved about Riot games is the quality of the content they release. Not just champions and game modes but also the animations and teasers. Anyway the point of this post is wondering how league has been around for as long as it has and all the characters are added and the lore of it as a whole grows deeper with every champion release, but there has never been an official map of the Runeterra. There have been some drawn ups and interpretations of this world but it would be great if Riot made and released an official map. What do you think? Would you like to have an official map or do you enjoy the ambiguity of the world and where everything lays.

The problem with this is that they're still creating the universe. League of legends has grown to be as large as it is BECAUSE the world is ambiguous. The mystery allows Rito to create new races that heir from new places. Once they define the boundaries and set it all in stone, they limit themselves of various possibilities. We have an idea of where the regions are, whether they're north/south/east/west but i feel like an actual map would be too much, though quite cool to see.
