Petition To Lower The Amount of Gold From CS Killed By Non Champions

It is a bit defeating to go against a champion like Heimerdinger or Zyra when you know the CS (Arguably the most important aspect of the game) Will be a bit of an AFK mechanic for them. For a level ONE Heimerdinger to be able to drop THREE turrets in my lane as soon as first wave gets there is a bit unreasonable. How is any champion supposed to match that much push early game? I get there was a recent nerf. But still riot, this mechanic just needs to be done away with. No champion should be able to essentially forget they have to farm to play the game considering farm is so important. A bronze Heimerdinger with 100 CS at 11:00 shouldn't EVER be a thing. And if you're going to allow it to be a thing, at least keep laning phase fair by reducing the amount of gold earned for CS kills by Zyra plants, and Heimerdinger turrets. Or simply make it so the number of plants/turrets they can control raises with level, that way there is some fairness for 0:00-5:00.

There shouldn't be champions in this game that you see and instantly think, "This game is going to be no fun."

My biggest issue here is clearly with Heimerdinger The main reason being, he has so much poke and so little mana costs. When the ONLY thing he has to do in lane is place turrets to get near perfect CS, it would seem like riot would balance that with high mana costs to prevent too much harassment. NOPE. He can sit back, cast an ability every say, 20 seconds. And his afk mechanics do the rest. Once his wave is under turret he walks up JUST OUT OF AGRO RANGE and harasses with his grenade and his rockets. Which can proc thunderlord's on its own by the way. Because THAT'S balanced.

Honestly Riot, please stop putting bandaids on these champions and do some REAL VGU work.

They can't freely farm with their pets. If you allow them to you're doing something wrong.

Heimer turrets deal near zero damage, he has to use his W. His turrets are only a mechanic to prevent the wave from pushing too far, to keep the wave where you want it. He can't place "offensive" turrets, because of how weak they are. Plus they die in one or two hits. You are essentially paying 20 mana to place a turret that will deal 20 damage before it dies again. Great value, really.
