Playing Nasus is hurting my teams. What should I do to stop this.

Hello everyone. I am a nasus/shen/tryndamere player here. I mainly want to talk about problems I am facing as nasus. As for my experience I would call myself an average player. I am gold 3 :p. I have survived and even crushed lanes divisions above me ranging from plat to d5 as I gain experience and I believe nasus is a very powerful champion, but many aspects of my play need refinement.

The situation that is presenting the greatest challenge is when I get shoved into top and they invade on us. The jungler in s7 is one of the most important players to the lane phase in s7. And during the small to mid size window where I am stacking up and have low pressure, I fail my jungler (indirectly) almost EVERY TIME. If they invade topside while i am stacking under tower do I expect my jungler to play around me and farm something else safely? A steep expectation. And a painful one. You cant exert pressure as nasus when you are weaker if your opponent is not stupid, as you will die. Unless you mindgame them hard. And if they have vision they will call the bluff and kill you.

The basic situation is how can I play nasus (preferably maxing Q) without making my team suffer through my early weakness. Everyone wants to carry and when they realize that I am not only staying alive, but starting to beat them, they will run wild around the map, starting with the topside jungle. Mana limits my ability to shove endlessly, and shoving vrs an opponent with = skill means they will freeze it and gank me. Until 6 I am not going to be threatening in lane unless they take poor trades. I need some high elo buddies to tell me wtf is up and how to play nasus without screwing my team.

It's something your jungler simply has to deal with. Something I have found that's good is to simply ask your jungler not to gank your lane. Not only it this a benefit to you because Nasus does not want ganks in most situations, but the jungler never having to worry about a lane (especially when it's top) is a huge relief.

Yea ive said this before but some people are super defiant and its natural for them after a successful clear. Some people show up before i even take wither and I cant just stop laning mechanics to tell them in time. :(. And also most of the invades happen if we are red side. But yea ur right. I should be more vocal and let people know what good opponents are probably going to do.
