Champ select trade planning

It would be an awesome new feature in champ select if it could show when intent picks are trade-able, so organizing trades would be as simple as saying in chat "hey _ want to trade so I don't get counterpicked" and the other guy could be like "sure." Boom. Trade organized. No needing to ask who has what in common.
