Lets talk about Leeroy Jenkins.
So this guy,
, the Might of Damacia.
Being a pretty simple design as a champion, his kit works pretty well together on 1v1 matchups. but thats exactly where the problem lies. His impact during teamfights does fall short and tends to discourage the player to attend to fights.
Seems like Riot are trying some minor changes on his W at the PBE, mostly just change around some values. However it doesnt really change much on his options while he is playing. I believe an added or altered effect would be more appropriate to benefit the team more.
I have 2 alternate suggestions in mind that could be a slight refreshing addition for teams:
First one would be more focused toward defence:
Courage (W) Added: A Guardian effect on the nearest champion (very short range), which applies the armor/mr gained from Courage while within range. And also applies the Active to if the ally is within range as well. Drawback: passive armor/mr would be down during cooldown.
This is more to encourage protecting your jungler during ganks, or weaker members during teamfights, or run in for disengage.
Second one is a bit more offensive, but does alot in teamfights as well:
Courage (W) Added: If an ability or attack from a champion was blocked within the 0.75s, enemy champions in a small radius around Garen would be knocked back a small amount and take a medium physical damage based on mr/armor. Negative: passive armor/mr would also be down during the cooldown. cooldown would be about 30+ s.
This would be a more useful in zoning and disengaging during teamfights when the enemy team is chasing. Visually, it would be pretty cool as well :P, having the shields push people outwards.
The TL;DR: Give his W a larger impact during teamfights so people dont charge in and die. But what kind of changes would you guys think would seem more reasonable to solve this?
