BlitzCrank Skill Upgrades

Have you ever play blitzcrank and you reach the point where you Fully Maxed out Q?

Recently i bought blitz And i Max Q first. Didn't know exactly what to max next and i just said to myself W is just speed, so i started maxing his E.

I hovered over the E to see what upgrades it gets (Because it wasn't doing damage) and found out it just lowers the cooldown.

I'm so Bad at this game
