Back in season 2, someone got banned for picking Evelynn. Thats really all they did.
i swear i saw somebody get reported for verbal abuse when they didnt say anything, i need to find that back though

Back when it was actually up, I saw someone saying "Whats reporting me going to do? The tribunal doesn't work!"
3 days later he was perma banned with a 100% decision to punish him. Looks like it actually did work.
Guy's they are pushing and im shoved up to the turret. What do i do?

That was all I saw as proof in the tribunals....Teemo was the reported one for offensive language.
I mean I guess Teemo gets reported for being Teemo, that or somehow they didn't fully record the entire chat.
I believe there are youtube videos somewhere (probably on youtube...) that are funny tribunal cases. There are some pretty good ones there and there are several videos, in the range of 5 or so if I remember right.

I judging in the tribunals and came across a report that stated a player was the most toxic thing to have crawled into league. Funny thing was the reported player didn't even have any chat at all in the whole match. How can you be toxic when you don't even chat?
