Best picks for SEASON 7

I know we all main different roles, so I really want input from everyone.

Who are your favorites to play? Who do you think are the best in each lane? Who is a champ to watch out for in each. lane?

And my last questions are for the support mains, my area of "expertise" (I'm using that term VERY loosely): what support champs can carry when needed? Whether its top, jg, whoever, some times, one of the carries falls behind/feeds and I ultimately lose and my elo suffers -- I cant get my wards all the way up to the top enemy team's JG and I've had a top laner rage because of it. So, who would you choose? It wouldn't mean that's my go-to tactic, but I want a versatile support that can pick up slack whenever it's needed.
