Selection Lock-in Bug?

I made in through the majority of the selection process. HOWEVER, when I tried to lock in my champion, it did not register my clicking. It would make the I-clicked-it noise, but didn't actually lock me in. I noticed it with someone of the other team, too. Their countdown stayed at zero for a while and they were not locked in until a bit after. Once my incident happened, I got knocked back into queue. When I tried to click the "x" to leave the queue, it wouldn't let me leave.

In short, I could select my two roles, pick my champ, ban a champ, communicate with my teammates, but I couldn't lock in or exit the queue.
