Something about Relic on ADCs has to be done

ADCs are allowed to have everything for them in game, having burst damage with AA (don't get me wrong, Jhin / MF / Caitlyn / Draven damage aren't "sustained damage" if they can chunk 70% of your hp in one aa if you don't build defensive items), building assassins items and being viable, nowadays taking support items, being played Jungle / Top / Mid / Botlane (even support, hello MF). Remember when Zyra and Malzahar were being played Mid and Support ? They got nerfed to the ground because "they shouldn't be viable in 2 lanes"
What does Riot do ? Nerf the items instead of realizing marksmen are the problems
I'm just tired about the game revolving about "ADC" (aka marksmen, they literally took the "AD Carry", when picks like Master Yi ARE ADCs)
do something about the insane early game damage where a support can half health u with one ability then maybe we will stop running this setup. Until they do we will use it .
Ashe cannot dodge Lux E at a certain range because of its travel speed and diameter. When is that going to be addressed?
lol if ADC's want to shaft themselves by taking literally zero damage to start so they automatically lose every trade, then they are welcome to build Relic Shield or Cull.

What is up with this bias? ADCs spend 350-> 850 gold on a support item with no real offensive stats to get a piss shield at 15 minutes, Overheal lasts SIX whooping seconds out of combat, but apparently this is the issue while others can abuse other support items and get a free pass?

So glad Riot does not listen to these boards about balancing.
Reduced Healing from executing minions when Ranged. Reduced Max Shield when Ranged.
The only causality would be Thresh, who I don't think would have a great problem with it. Maybe increase Hp/Level in case it is too much.

I've read a few complaints about this issue, and also about other lanes abusing the other support items; personally I didn't see it happen in game yet, but imho it could be easily fixed (or prevented) without weakening supports by:
: only minions killed by an allied champion will spawn coins.
(= solo laners can't use it)
: the user only gains half gold from minions or jungle monsters; killing a minion no longer puts it on cd (no longer necessary)
(= mid laners and junglers lose way too much with it)
: getting cs with no stacks ready decreases all damage that the user deals by a stacking percentage (this stacking penalty decreases slowly over time, so that supports don't get too penalized for holding the lane while the adc is not there or for accidentally taking cs).
(= adcs get punished heavily for buying this)

Because no one wants to play Support. So they overbuffed their items to attract players, and now you see everyone building them.
Honestly I have no idea how to do this without 100% shafting the item so bad Tanks take coin instead.
My ONLY thought is nerf the heal (So that it is so miniscule enough that the ADC can be like "Thanks support for that '1' HP") Or nerf stats from runes and buff D-blade.
WHY NOT MAKE SUPPORT ITEMS LIMITED TO ONE PER TEAM
