Riot, how does one get out of the bronze downward spiral? Getting grouped with absolute &^%* is about to make me just quit. I dont know how the matchmaking is done here, but I'm sure, from my experience, it has nothing to do with skill level. Does anyone else here feel the same way? I can understand that it isnt perfect, however, there has got to be a better way. Half the time I really have to keep the reigns pulled tight just to not be a rager. The level of idiocy in some of the matches I enter, blows my mind. Maybe you should take age into consideration. I dont know what can be done, if anything at all. But I'm thinking of going back to other games. LoL is just one heartbreak after another. How can we get away from it? I see people playing in Plat, and gold doing what i do. It makes no sense that i get grouped with people with completely different concepts of how the game is played. Just help me understand.......

You play better than a Bronze level. That's how you get out of Bronze.

All you can do really is keep trying.

Everything takes practice. Watch stream of much higher players often, make sure to keep up with last hitting, warding, ect. If you make mistakes, then own up to them and not blame the team.

I moved from Bronze 5 to Bronze II in season 3 and then started at Bronze 5 and moved to Gold V by the end of season 4, so it is possible.

You have to also remember that it's master yi you're talking about.

The hurr-durr One-Button-Wonder of melee. Lowest skill floor champion in the game with high potential to snowball and a generic 'hard cc' weakness.

3 steps to success with Master Yi:

  1. Find a teamfight
  2. Press all the buttons at once
  3. Receive pentakill.
