I am having a hard time trying to purchase the championship jewell's token and i need one more to upgrade my icon. Why is this happening now and will i e able to upgrade afterwards? I am opening a ticket, but is anyone else experiencing this?

Same. I can't get this to work. Hesitant to redeem my RP since it may not go through and I don't want to wait 3 days for a support ticket.
I can purchase RP and buy stuff from the store on the Alpha client but I am afraid to do actually buy anything with RP because "The Teemoing" shop doesn't seem to carry over. But my regular client won't let me buy anything (Not sure about RP)
