Jhin since relase, general balancing

Has riot commented at all on jhin perhaps still being overtuned? I find him to be a champion that has is too good at accomplishing too much depsite what his weaknesses should be. He is supposed to be an immobile carry who should be weak to assassins. As it stands his laning is strong due to the zoning presence of his 4th shot and his w snare. Once laning is over he never has to be on the same screen as the other teams's ADC to have just as much of an impact if not more. In comparing his utility ult with ashe's arrow, jhin outclasses hers in everyway. If someone gets hit with a jhin ult shot he can easily string all 4 together as well as having the his team easily follow up. If you do manage to find him in a teamfight with anything less than a malphite ult, he can just kite you back with his insane ms steroids and execute damages. Just curious if there's any plans on making him slightly more punishable either in the laning phase or in teamfights.
