@Meddler Thoughts on current AD itemisation?

Lots of people have been complaining that AD itemisation "sucks" for traditional Marksmen and that this is the cause for Marksmen who build differently being ever so dominant. I do get hitting Ghostblade's gold efficiency is a way of balancing the item since it provides some very powerful stats (65 AD + 20 Armor Pen is huge if I'm not mistaken), but what about raising Caulfield's Warhammer and Serrated Dirk gold cost to a price point closer to a BF Sword? Sitting on 1100g is a bit rough for a first item on many champions and outside of Lucian (and probably MF) most champions that use it aren't THAT powerful right now. It could also help out AD junglers a small bit if Caulfield's was raised to 1250g and +5 AD or something.
