OMG.. both Heime and Eve

My two mains have been WRECKED.. Heime is useless if there are minions nearby.. You changed the turrets to take minions as precedence.. WTF were you t;hinking?? Heime auto attack has NOTHING.. he relies on those turrets and those turrets need to attack enemy champs first and foremost.. not minions.. fix it.. omg all champs now rush heime because they know the turrets won't shoot them. what a waste. EVE.. well all i can say was before the rebuild all you needed to do was fix her jungle ability.. instead you messed up everything. The fun part of eve was her closing speed.. now her ult sends you the other way?? WTF? what do you do assign noobs to do rebuilds?
