Why do people always want to dodge if you pick teemo?

He's garbage and brings absolutely nothing to a team

He isn't exactly useful other than for the express purpose of pissing off your lane enemy.

He can win games, of course, technically anyone can, but he brings nothing to the table, and yet Riot can't exactly touch him because people would get all "Muh champion identity" as soon as they even dared to update him beyond letting him throw his 'shrooms, so they have to accept letting him unviable.

Because nobody wants to play agaisnt a viable Teemo with his current kit.

Because he's outclassed by other ranged tops in every aspect except zone control (which a sweeper/pink can take care of easily).

Because he's just bad in general, outdated underloaded binary kit and only good at one thing, and if he fails at that he's useless. He's like Darius, not trying to be rude but generally picked by selfish players who want to have fun in lane and piss off their lane opponent without any consideration for what their champ actually brings to the table in the overall game.
