How to Fix Turrets
Simple answer: true damage.
If a turret dealt 300 true damage at all points of the game, the problems are fixed. Early game dives can't happen as champs barely have 1000 health at level 6. And if ~3 turret shots means any champ dies, then an early game dive is so much harder to pull off.
Late game health scaling tanks can tank more turret shots. A 3000 health naut can tank 10 turret shots assuming he takes no other damage.
And, the best part is, its not overbearing to squishy champs. ADC's, supports, and mids will still only be able to take 2 maybe 3 turret shots early game.
%health isn't needed, fancier mechanics aren't needed, just switch the damage to be flat true damage. Simple. Easy. Balanced imo.
