Yasuo could really use some QoL changes and a LOT of bugfixes

Before you get your pitchforks out, reminder that just because a champion is strong doesn't mean they don't deserve bugfixes or ease-of-use changes. Aesthetically, at least, Yasuo is an amazing champion, but all the clunkiness just sucks the fun out of playing him.

QoL Changes E-Q combo- It is frustrating as heck when you try to E-Q but you end up using E, then shooting out Q in front of you instead of the AoE. Making this combo more forgiving would be a great change.

Knockup- When you throw your tornado out into a bush and you hit someone, you can't ult to them because you don't have vision. It's like landing a Lee Q and not being able to follow them. Maybe give vision while knocked up? Not sure if this would be too much, but it wouldn't be any different functionally because you can already check bushes with the tornado, this would just let you ult to them.

Ult-When multiple targets are knocked up, Yasuo should get in the middle of them to hit all of them, but right now it's very random, as sometimes he'll go to the side and only hit some of them. Example; How it should be.

Bugs- BUG 1-Yasuo's Q is interrupted by CC. CC should interrupt channels, however Yasuo's Q isn't a channel, it's just a cast time.

BUG 2-E-Q knockup range doesn't match its damage range. If a target is on the very outskirts of the AoE knockup, it'll get knocked up without taking damage.

BUG 3-Wind Wall simply doesn't work sometimes. The most notable targets that go right through are TF's Gold Card and Annie's Q.

BUG 4-If you ult mid-auto attack, you'll get locked out of auto attacks for a few seconds after the ult finishes.

I'll address these in order.

  1. The reason the E-Q is less forgiving, is actually because of the tornado knock up. Yasuo players, including myself, really need to be able to dash through a wave and then throw the tornado out to catch people. It's extremely useful as a range thing. You'll get the timing down, it's just something to get used to.

  2. This I can see and somewhat agree with, but at the same time I feel like you could be baited very easily with this, whereas I'm usually more cautious about ulting.

  3. I'd be inclined to agree, if Yasuo weren't squishy as hell. Being in the middle means that EVERYONE can now reach your scrawny little samurai self. And that means you will get rekt.

Bugs:

  1. Yas Q is actually a channel I believe. A brief one, but a channel.

  2. I'll have to test this, never experienced it myself.

  3. This is a timing thing and is much more based on the appearance of the skillshot. Especially on Goth Annie and High Noon TF whose projectiles I've noticed are flawed in general. And I main both champs. lel.

  4. That...is new. Never seen it before myself. Very low occurrence rate methinks.

I'm not a hardcore Yasuo player, but I had all of these bugs listed above happen to me.

Also there's a big where you can't E. It's like minions are bodyblocking you from dashing. No matter in which direction you want to E.
