Negative LP???

I am so confused, I have a -3LP after playing one game after I got promoted. Does LOL have a Negative Lp starting S10? Can some one please explain to me?

You probably dodged a game during your promos and your LP is catching up with the -3 from that

you can have up to (or down to) -100 lp. if you dodge a q the first time you lose 3 lp and have to wait 6min. if you dodge again within 24h you lose 10 lp and have to wait 30min.

if you continue to dodge you stack up negative lp until you hit -100.

thats how froggen(?) was able to get a bronze 5 account and get matched with diamond ppl. the mmr is not affected from your dodge just your rank will not move. pretty funny to do honestly. just a huge timewaste

i have negative 3 lp and did not dodge though, something else must also cause it
