So Viktor has been probably one of the most played mid laners in the LCS. He has amazing waveclear, he has a great late game, and he can pretty much go against anyone blind as a mid laner. This is true for both the Professional and Solo Queue sides of the game, although there was one item that Viktor was very reliant on that got nerfed.

Which was , this item made Viktor extremely oppressive, he was nerfed multiple times before this item eventually got nerfed and it left him in an odd state. He's not extremely bad such as or . But he took a decent hit to it because it was his core item.

His biggest issue right now with the new , his whole kit was designed around it. Especially the delay on E, it's only used a waveclear tool, which is waveclear got nerfed early with the 250g nerf on .

His winrate has dropped from 51.9 to 46.66 from 6.22 to 7.1, and still keeps a decent pickrate. He's still the 5th picked. Is there changes that will come to his R which was nerfed a little ago, or perhaps the delay on his E, which harder than ever to hit with the new Rylai's.
