Game changing Viktor bug on his Ultimate

Has happened to me plenty of times since the last patch and its still active on this patch today. I don't know what's the reproduction rate, but it's happened to me pretty often. So Viktor's Ultimate used to persist even after he died, and it would stay still as he was dead. But for some reason as of patch 7.1, the ultimate just outright disappears upon death. Doesn't matter if you just casted it, or if it's been casted. It will disappear. I've literally had it go on CD immediately without showing up if I died while casting it.

This is a pretty big bug for Viktor and I'm sure this is not intended, can we please get a fix soon on him.
