Is nidalee bad or is nidalee with new runes bad?

I can't do damage unless I get a full combo, her spear doesn't chunk like it used to, you have to be pinpoint accuracy and even then the reward is so underwhelming.

I been playing Nidalee since 2009 and she just isn't good anymore, or am I wrong?

nidalee has a high skill floor, shes like an ap LeeSin , you can't land your q consistently don't bother. In fact you might as well play LeeSin cause they essentially play the same, but lee has a lower skill floor.
