Can you please make Sion Q Unstoppable while charged for more than 1 Second???

Sion is in a good position right now, I get it. His overall damage + CC + Tankiness makes him a good tank and his kit is very fun to play with.

Sion is unreliable, you cannot deny it. he is a skill-shot heavy, his Ultimate has much potential, but will miss most times even against a champion with no dash. Fiora/Ornn/Anivia/Trundle/Azir/Jarvan IV/Master Yi....can stop it easily. His W need to last at least for 3 Seconds before it can damages anyone and even then its unlikely inside a teamfight. and His Q has a 1 Second wind-up before it becomes effective and even then, you need to land it on more than one champion or on a squishy champion to be even relevant while they can even stop you from even landing it.

As I see it, Sion could have that bit of a help which will not really buff his performance but rather make his Decimating Smash charge up to make more sense and a little bit more reliability when channeling for 1 second or more.
