Sion's W Passive should resemble his lore as an undead who feels no pain more so then it is now

This is something that I think resemble his lore perfectly....

PASSIVE REMOVED FROM Soul Furnace and added to Glory In Death as an additional passive : Sion permanently gains 12 bonus health whenever he kills an enemy, increased to 45 bonus health against large enemies and enemy champion takedowns or assists. Additionally, as a drawback, 50% of any non % damage Sion takes is dealt as True damage to him over 3 seconds instead.

this looks like a freakish nerf no matter how i look at it.

if its removed from his W (which is his passive) and moved into his DEATH passive it means the kiting-type enemies will become pretty dang op as hell and lets not forget the deaths dance passive without the healing you want to give him its will destroy/decimate him altogether. everyone knows hmmm sion is gonna die so tristana (or whoever that can push) will knock him away.
