Are there any approved third party programs that allow one button to type a line of text?

Title. I don't want to be banned for third party programs, but I play a lot of ADC, and a lot of times I notice my support has no idea what freezing is or why it's good and how it's not just me playing passive, but trying to force them to overextend and set up a play. My supports tend to either hit the wave and break it, or stand in front of the wave so instead of chasing me up into river/tribrush and not doing damage to me while my wave arrives, it aggros to the support and goes under tower instead. Or they think I'm playing super passive and play equally passive while the enemy shoves the wave under turret, instead of capitalizing on how overextended they are.

I don't have time to type these things while I'm also setting up a freeze, but if I ping them back from the wave they seem to misinterpret the ping, or start typing about how their relic shield gives us both the gold, while the enemies just shove it under and break the freeze. I do like explaining things to people, though, because I understand not everyone knows everything about League, and I don't expect them to, but I can't get us both on the same page unless we both know, and I can't type these things while playing the game, either.

I'd just like a way to hit a button and give a preset message about my intents and how I'd like them to proceed, whether it be roaming/warding while I'm safe, or playing up so they're zoned off XP/farm, and capitalizing if they overextend. To that end, I was wondering if there are any third party programs that can do this that Riot won't ban me for.
