I don't get it but I keep losing how do I win for once ? I can't ranked up I've stayed in the same rank for how long now? 2 months I just want to climb but I keep losing cause some people just aren't as skilled at this game. So does anyone have any tips to win?

Probs play carry lanes. I cant often win because I get weak allies by MMR and strong opponents by skill level :/
