We need a new 120 AP item for mages really badly

My mage builds consisting of ~600 AP and 30 flat magic pen and 40% magic pen are not nearly enough. I want to bring death beyond death to the enemy team. I want to pursue them through the depths of Hell. I want to do so much damage that I get 2 kill points for every champion slain.

Luden's Echo is the new 120 AP item in PBE right now. It looks like it could possibly work wonderfully in the AP department.

i miss dfg badly, but i heard rumors of a new ap 120 item on the pbe, like an ap statik shiv
