What do I do against ADC?

RIP all melee tanks. I was playing and I see in a bad position so I use my e on her and she presses e and I try to get to her but she is too fast. She eventually kills me with like 13 auto attacks and i couldn't attack her because she has too much safety and damage. I check the damage and I see:

768 with tumble

1236 true damage

2154 with basic attack

i even had and and

is there any counter play or if I'm a melee tank i cant do anything to adc?
