can't play because of high ping? enjoy your five - ten game ban to lower que

the title says it all, riot your system is broken and you don't seem to care. why am i getting punished for trying to play a game i enjoy, but being unable to play it due to shitty ping? as i stated in my last thread that completely got ignored by all of you, 1,000 - 2,000 ping is unacceptable considering my isp is coming from lower michigan which is close to chicago speed connect also included a speed booster to boost my internet for online gaming. so why the hell am i still getting high pings when my isp is so close to your new servers? well i got no answer to this, and to top it all off i am now banned to lower que for five games because of your stupid system. in the chicago mega tread i asked you many many many times to peer with my isp, instead of a we'll look into it. i got the same robotic answer everyone else was having, when they where having issues. The bottom line is i am getting punished for something, that you guys should have looked into and fixed by now. is it so hard for you to reach out to someones isp and peer with them? and before anyone says "well you should just get better internet" not everyone has hundreds of dollars to drop on internet every time they want to change it because the old service isn't working properly. not everyone is rich enough, to drop top dollar every time we need something new. don't ignore this riot, peer with speed connect and fix these issues. or i could always just keep blowing up these threads, after all i've wasted so much time and money on your game already when my ping was 130-150. now you promised everyone lower pings, fix this shit because i'm not going to continue supporting this game if i can't PLAY IT!

Riot can't just peer with the ISP like it's nothing. It takes time, effort, and the ISP has to agree. And stop blaming Riot for your shitty Internet connection. If you're playing on 1000+ ping, it's either a shitty connection on your end, you're really far away from the server, or you're getting throttled. None of these are Riot's fault.

Fix your own damn problems

If your ping is that bad, you need to figure out what the problem is before you go into matches knowing you're going to ruin the game for your team. Follow the Connection Troubleshooting Guide they provide on the support site, and if there's still a problem submit a Support Ticket.

You know ahead of time that your ping sucks. You aren't getting a low priority queue because of Riot, you're getting a low priority queue because you knowingly and consistently ruin the game for everyone else. Fix your problem before playing.

Wait, you actually trust an ISP to have a "speed booster" for games? What kind of shady ISP do you have? Honestly, if your ISP actually does have such a system (doubtful, but possible they're doing something) then they could have been the cause of the problem.

Also, you don't get a 5-10 game low priority queue for one game with a bad connection.
