I couldnt agree more. His scaling is rediculous. If He goes off early then there is no stopping him. He always goes off early... and his passive should have a longer cd.

He's stupidly easy to outdamage and outtrade early, plus itemizing against him makes him completely useless all game. Shut him down early, and he won't catch up.

Aatrox with better base stats will just be another Tryndamere or even better because of the 2 AS steroids in his kit.

800 gold literally messes up his whole kit and ruins him. Build executioners calling and you win. He is weak imo as he needs the enemy to play dumb and needs items to get ahead, but still gets beat in 1 v 1 fights against champs like Trundle who out sustains and out damages.
