So with the Riven changes now off the PBE, I'm going to make a suggestion;

Whatever you do, don't make it effect her ult. In context, have it relate to her other abilities, as in when instead of the regular passive, you gain charges of your normal basic attacks (on champions and large monsters, x Scuttle and most jungle camps) building Edge (the edge has no cooldown on when you can or cannot have it), and then the next ability cast that consumes X amount of Edge depending on how many champions you hit (and ONLY champions), that way Riven haters can go cry in a laundry basket asking their mommies to sue rito for Riven buffs.
