Quinn Changes rework needs rework...

Ok, so my last post was a bit of an anger spat than an actual factual (heh, it rhymes) debate.

Quinn is a marksman with a shorter attack range than a lot of champions, (e.g. Caitlyn Tristana KogMaw ).
Her passive, Harrier, marks a target, and an auto attack on that target consumes the mark and deals extra damage.

Q, is a skill shot blind ability that extends to the first enemy hit, and blinds targets in the immediate vicinity of Valor hitting.

W, Passive, once a Harrier mark has been consumed, grants Quinn bonus movespeed for a short time frame, similar to item 3044 passive. It's active reveals any non-invisible targets for a short time.

E, Quinn bounces off a target and force marks them with Harrier, letting Quinn consume another Harrier mark.

Quinn's ult, turns her into a bird called Valor, and for a short time gets a giant burst of movespeed, you can attack enemies, and all of your abilities have additional effects.

...... Q: Still blinds, but only in the area around Valor ...... W: Active still the same, passive allows Valor to attack faster .......E: instead of a vault off of the enemy, it bounds toward them, and doesn't vault back. ...... R: Reactivating the ult brings Quinn back to the battle field in a storm of arrows, dealing percent-health damage,.

This is old buggy and amazing Quinn, viable as ADC, Top, Jungle, and the rare and never ever ever ever seen mid lane. Then Riot wants to rework her, most of the Quinn main community is excited that her bugs are going to be dealt with finally, because the bugs get old after a while. Instead, what we get is this;

......P: Marks random target, consuming the target does more damage than before (good) ......Q: No more blind, instead marks first champion hit (No question bad ......W: not even touched. ......E: Vault much quicker (good) ......R: Scrap everything that made Quinn an assassin, and make her a mobility champ. No cooldown, 2 second cast time (????? why?) ......scaling movespeed with level, can't attack with Valor, only use for this ability is map traveling. Not an exciting ult like it used to be. (Badbadbadbadbadbabdbadbabdbadbad who on God's green earth thought this even a good idea? Just makes me sad.)

So that's Riot's version of the rework. Here's mine;

......P: Marks enemy targets (primary champions, specifically champions with the lower hp rating (Bot lane and Harrier marks 73% Thresh and not the 34% Vayne.) ......Q: Blind still there, hitbox size reduced with higher AD ratio scaling ......W: Passive unchanged, Active now grants true sight on all targets in the area, including wards (ward sight decreased time visible) ......E: Still same, just the faster vault. ......R: Live version, only with the Skystike area larger, and scales better off AD ratios and not percent health damage.

So yea, I hope someone notices this.

I'm glad that I'm not the only who doesn't like the new changes. Although, I'm closer to the point of completely hating the changes. They are completely awful in my opinion. The passive change is good, but all the other changes I completely hate. I loved the way she way. They really just needed to increase her E speed and fix the bugs with her passive not being consumed if your aa was already in the air before the enemy was marked. The rework feels worse to me. I thought they were working on making them work together and actually feel like a dynamic duo. But now that they changed Tag Team, Valor seems even more out of the picture. At least it does to me, I don't know how other people feel.
