Vel Koz Balanced?

With vel being on free week Im fearful it may mean nerfs are coming his way in the near future. with being a support vel means Im scared he is going to get irelia`d.

Vel has a very nice concept to balance around long range high imobile void creature that does tons of damage.

He stays true to this but the damage is quite high but that is due to the fact he is not going to be moving at all when he ults.

With all the high damage high mobility having a slightly less mobile champion that can deal damage instead of being a tank or an adc is great.
